Amendment to Sagemcom Software License Agreement
Upgrade to Set-Top
Motive Television PLC (AIM: MTV), announces today that Motive Television Services Ltd, its fully owned subsidiary, has amended the Service Level Agreement ("SLA") with Sagemcom Broadband SAS of Rueil-Malmaison France entered into on 27 June 2012.
As described in the RNS announced on 24 July 2015, the change to the SLA is to amend and replace the definition of the NLS Library to include Motive software needed for the 4K UHD capabilities in Sagemcom devices for Digiturk.
Specific terms of the SLA and licensing agreement are confidential, however, the Company receives a license royalty from Sagemcom based on the number of devices manufactured using Motive technology.

Tablet TV

BYOD TV
Motive's BYOD TV solution provides passengers and crew in maritime environments with access to video-on-demand movies and television without needing direct access to the Internet or broadcast signals. Markets for the platform include operators of passenger ferries, cruise lines, commercial ships, and oil platforms among others. In addition, BYOD TV has application for additional markets including passenger airlines, trains, waiting lounges, etc.
