A meeting of Security Holders of the Natural Gas Micro Securities, the ETFS Natural Gas Individual Securities, the ETFS All Commodities DJ‑UBSCISM Index Securities and the ETFS Energy DJ‑UBSCISM Index Securities has been convened for 2 p.m. on 14 December 2010. 

A circular convening the meeting has been posted to the affected Security Holders and a copy of the circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
