Amendment to Pricing Supplements in respect of SGA Société Générale Acceptance N.V. (the "Issuer")

The following is an amendment to the pricing supplement (the "Pricing Supplement") issued by the Issuer on 8 February 2008 in respect of Call Warrants issued on the HBOS Plc. Underlying issued under the Securitised Derivative Programme (ISIN Code: ANN8132H7210).
AMENDMENTS:
The HBOS underlying is to be replaced with LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC.;
The ISIN code of the Underlying Share will change from GB0030587504 and be replaced by GB0008706128;
The Reuters Code HBOS.L is to be replaced by LLOY.L; and
The Parity of 10/1 is to be replaced by a parity of 16.529/1.
These changes are effective immediately.
