Further to the announcement of 7 September, Tavistock Investments Plc announces that it has today sent a notice to shareholders that resolutions 5,6 and 7, predominantly relating to the proposed creation of a new class of non-voting share, will not be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 September 2016.
