Amendment to 2014 Financial Communication Calendar

ANNOUNCEMENT

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors upon the modification of the 2014 Financial Communication Calendar as follows:

Ø The Quarterly Report and the Unaudited Individual Interim Financial Statements for the period January - September 2014 will be published on November 12, 2014 at 7:00 PM (Romania time). The Reports will be available:

· on Bucharest Stock Exchange website,www.bvb.ro;

· on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;

· on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Interim Reports, and

· printed, at the headquarters of the Company, Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County. 

The unaudited quarterly financial statements are prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.

Ø On November 14, 2014 at 2:00 PM (Romania time), S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. organizes a conference call with the topic: financial results for the period January - September 2014. The conference call will be held in English, as a Q&A session.

Attendance to the event will be possible by filling up the registration form that will be available as from November 12, 2014 on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations section - News & Events.
