Amendment of Notice of Results

Reference is made to the announcement of Asian Citrus dated 1 September 2015 in respect of the proposed meeting of the board of directors ("the Board Meeting") on 25 September 2015 for the purposes of, amongst other matters, considering and approving the final results of the Group for the year ended 30 June 2015 for publication.

The Company hereby announces that the Board Meeting scheduled to be held today has been deferred to Wednesday, 30 September 2015. The deferral is necessary to allow the Company further time to finalise its results, in particular, to allow time for completion of additional audit procedures to verify certain payments made by a subsidiary of the Company to one of its major suppliers, for which goods have been delivered to and received by the Group. Depending on the outcome of such audit procedures, the audit opinion for the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2015 may or may not be modified. 

Save for the above, the Company is not aware of any other inside information.

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been halted since 1:17 p.m. on Friday, 25 September 2015 pending release of this announcement. An application has been made by the Company to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the resumption of trading in the shares of the Company with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 29 September 2015. Trading on AIM remains unaffected.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
