Amendment of Dividend Record Date

CareTech Holdings PLC ("CareTech") (AIM: CTH) announces that, further to the announcement issued by CareTech on 14 June 2018 declaring the interim dividend (the "Announcement"), the dividend record date, which was previously announced as 26 October 2018, has been changed to Friday 12 October 2018.

The dividend payment date of 23 November 2018 remains unchanged from the Announcement. The interim dividend amount of 3.50p (H1 2017: 3.30p) per share also remains unchanged.

The ordinary shares of CareTech will be marked ex-dividend on Thursday 11 October 2018.
