Sub: Amendment of Bank's Legal Name

We would like to announce that, as per the decision taken at the Bank's EGM held on 18th March 2015, the legal name of the company has been changed from "The Commercial Bank of Qatar (Q.S.C.)" to "The Commercial Bank (Q.S.C.)". All necessary approvals have been obtained and effective from 6th May 2015 the AOA and Commercial Registration have been amended accordingly.
