Exercise of Options and Sale of Shares
London, 15 March 2018: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading United Arab Emirates private healthcare operator with international services across 13 countries, announces that it has received notification from Mr Simon Watkins, Group Company Secretary, that on 13 March 2018 he exercised share awards over a total of 27,353 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Share Bonus Plan and on the same date sold 12,889 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 3,386p per share. These Shares were sold to pay the income tax liability arising on the exercise of his share awards.
Following this transaction, Mr Watkins has retained an interest over a total of 23,590 shares, representing 0.005% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
