Unite Group PLC08 July 2005 The issuer advises that the following replaces the "Additional Listing"announcement released on 7 July 2005, at 12:12, under RNS number 61560. The additional listing should refer to 2,475 Ordinary shares of 25p each and not2,412 Ordinary shares of 25p each as previously stated. All other details remainunchanged. The Unite Group plc ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 2,475 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 11 July 2005 and trading willcommence on 12 July 2005. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underThe UNITE Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
