Ashtead Group PLC 2 July 2013 Amendment - Director / PDMR Shareholding Ashtead Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 July 2013 it made theannual awards for 2013 to 131 senior executives under its Performance SharePlan ("PSP"). Awards under the PSP comprise the conditional right to receive ordinary sharesof 10p each which normally vest on the third anniversary of grant subject tocontinued employment and the achievement of challenging performance targets setby the Remuneration Committee. The Company intends to utilise shares held bythe Group's Employee Share Ownership Trust to fulfil any obligations to awardshares to employees which may arise in 2016.
