Amended Constitution

Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK, LSE: DNK, Danakali or the Company) advises an amended constitution was adopted by the Company following receipt of shareholder approval by special resolution at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 July 2021.

The new constitution is available for download from the Company's website at: https://www.danakali.com.au/our-business/corporate-governance.
