zamano plc ("zamano" or the "Company") - Amended Bank Facility Letter

On 4 January 2011, zamano announced that it has agreed the terms of an amended loan facility letter with Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited (the "Bank") (the "Amended Facility Letter"). The conditions precedent upon which the Amended Facility Letter was conditional have been satisfied and, accordingly, the Amended Facility Letter has become effective.
