Telit Communications PLC17 April 2008 This announcement replaces the announcement released by the Company on 16 April2008 at 9:26 am bearing the RNS number 4453S. The correction relates to Mr. OoziCats' and Mr. Giovani Stella's ultimate shareholding. Mr. Stella was incorrectlymentioned as a shareholder and does not hold any shares in the Company. Telit Communications PLC (the "Company" or "Telit") Correction - Director Shareholding The Company was informed on 15 April 2008 that on that date, Mr. Oozi Cats, theChief Executive of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the capitalof the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the price of 76.5p per Ordinary Share thathe will ultimately be transferring to Boostt (defined below). Mr. Cats directly holds 3,100,357 Ordinary Shares, excluding the 100,000Ordinary Shares that will be transferred to Boostt, representing 7.17% of theissued share capital of the Company. Mr. Cats also holds 50% of the issued share capital of Boostt B.V. ("Boostt"),which, subsequent to the purchase and transfer of the 100,000 Ordinary Shares,holds 12,100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 28.00% of the issued share capitalof the Company. Franco Bernabe & TSL and FB Net, which together hold theremaining 50% of Boostt's issues share capital, hold 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares,representing 2.89% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Cats has certain voting understandings with certain members of the FB Netgroup of companies. Therefore, the FB Net group of companies and Mr. Cats are,in aggregate, currently interested in 16,450,357 Ordinary Shares, representing38.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
