Amalgamation of Secretary and Administrator

The Board of the Company announces that on 1 January, 2017 the Company's Secretary and Administrator, JTC (Guernsey) Limited amalgamated with JTC Fund Solutions (Guernsey) Limited, its sister company in Guernsey. The amalgamated company is named JTC Fund Solutions (Guernsey) Limited.

There have been no changes to the Company's contractual arrangements with its Secretary and Administrator and the Company's registered office address has not changed.
