Appointment of Alternate Director
Leeds Group plc announces that at its Board meeting held on 28 January 2009, Mr Malcolm John Wilson was appointed as Alternate Director, as permitted under the Company's articles, in the absence of Mr Johan Claesson and Mr Peter Gyllenhammar.
The Company provides the following additional information in respect of Mr Wilson, aged 60, for the purposes of paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules:
Directorships:
Mr Wilson was the Finance Director of Leeds Group and is currently the Company Secretary. He has an interest in 60,000 ordinary shares in Leeds Group, which represents 0.2% of the issued ordinary shares in the Company.
There is no other information that is required to be disclosed under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
