Allotment of Shares

InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products today announces that it has allotted McCarthy Denning Limited (the "Allottee") 29,293 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Allottee paid £35,152.60 for the Ordinary Shares (which equates to £1.20 per share), such amount being the amount owed to the Allottee by the Company for the provision of legal services.

The Ordinary Shares have been issued to the Allottee in certificated form. The new ordinary shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 11,913,065. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
