Tinopolis PLC26 January 2006 26 January 2006 Tinopolis PLC Offer by Winghaven Partners Ltd on behalf of Tinopolis Plc ("Tinopolis") for The Television Corporation Plc ("TV Corp") Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 25 January 2006, a further 396,788 New TinopolisShares were allotted, subject to admission, to holders of TV Corp Shares who hadvalidly accepted the offer for TV Corp, in respect of valid acceptances receivedfrom 17 January, up to and including 23 January 2006. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these New TinopolisShares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 31 January 2006.
