Tinopolis PLC11 January 2006 11 January 2006 Tinopolis PLC Offer by Winghaven Partners Ltd on behalf of Tinopolis Plc ("Tinopolis") for The Television Corporation Plc ("TV Corp") Share Allotment At a Board meeting today, a further 5,294,184 New Tinopolis Shares were allottedto holders of TV Corp Shares who had validly accepted the offer for TV Corp, inrespect of valid acceptances received up to and including 9 January 2006. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these New TinopolisShares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 17 January 2006.
