Allotment of Shares

Further to the announcement made on 2 May 2017, InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products today announces that it has allotted the initial consideration shares in relation to the acquisition of Ergon Medical Limited and further shares in relation to certain creditors (the "Allottees"). A total of 562,156 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") were allotted. Up to a further 45,249 Ordinary Shares will be allotted to the Allottees pending finalisation of the completion accounts. A further announcement will be made in relation to this allotment.

411,318 Ordinary Shares were allotted as the initial consideration shares and were allotted at a price of £1.6575 per share. 150,838 Ordinary Shares were allotted as settlement for debts equating to £333,352 (which equates to £2.21 per share), relating to the acquisition of Ergon Medical Limited.

99,756 of the Ordinary Shares have been issued to the Allottees in certificated form and 462,400 of the Ordinary Shares have been admitted to CREST. The new ordinary shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares and will be admitted to trading.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 12,529,555. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
