Tinopolis PLC16 March 2006 16 March 2006 Tinopolis PLC Offer by Winghaven Partners Ltd on behalf of Tinopolis Plc ("Tinopolis") for The Television Corporation Plc ("TV Corp") Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 14 March 2006, a further 9,316 New Tinopolis Shareswere allotted, subject to admission, to holders of TV Corp Shares who hadvalidly accepted the offer for TV Corp, in respect of valid acceptances receivedfrom 7 March, up to and including 13 March 2006. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these New TinopolisShares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 21 March 2006.
