Allotment of shares
Serica Energy plc (TSX Venture: SQZ; AIM: SQZ) announces that 30,000 new Ordinary Shares of $0.10 each have been issued as a result of the exercise of share options held by employees. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted for trading. Admission to AIM is expected on Wednesday 7th April 2010.
The issued voting share capital of the Company is now 176,548,311 Ordinary Shares.
