Tinopolis PLC17 January 2006 17 January 2006 Tinopolis PLC Offer by Winghaven Partners Ltd on behalf of Tinopolis Plc ("Tinopolis") for The Television Corporation Plc ("TV Corp") Share Allotment At a Board meeting today, a further 9,661,999 New Tinopolis Shares wereallotted, subject to admission, to holders of TV Corp Shares who had validlyaccepted the offer for TV Corp, in respect of valid acceptances received from 10January, up to and including 16 January 2006. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these New TinopolisShares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 24 January 2006.
