Tinopolis PLC10 March 2006 10 March 2006 Tinopolis PLC Offer by Winghaven Partners Ltd on behalf of Tinopolis Plc ("Tinopolis") for The Television Corporation Plc ("TV Corp") Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 7 March 2006, a further 8,318,147 New TinopolisShares were allotted, subject to admission, to holders of TV Corp Shares who hadvalidly accepted the offer for TV Corp, in respect of valid acceptances receivedfrom 28 February, up to and including 6 March 2006. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these New TinopolisShares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 14 March 2006.
