Allotment of Shares

 InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products today announces that it has allotted McCarthy Denning Limited (the "Allottee") 13,600 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The consideration provided by the Allottee for the Ordinary Shares is the release of a debt of £42,840 (which equates to £3.15 per share), such amount being the amount owed to the Allottee by the Company for the provision of legal services.

The Ordinary Shares will be admitted to CREST and application will be made for the admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and it is expected that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on or around 2 October 2017. The Ordinary Shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Further to the announcement made on 8 May 2017 in respect of the initial consideration shares allotted as in relation to the acquisition of Ergon Medical Limited, the Company needs to make a correction due to an admin error. A total of 411,319 Ordinary Shares were allotted as the initial consideration shares, rather than 411,318 as originally announced. As a result, the total number of shares in issue is one more than previously announced. The total number of ordinary shares as set out in this announcement includes this correction.

Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 12,665,571. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
