Tinopolis PLC23 March 2006 23 March 2006 Tinopolis PLC Offer by Winghaven Partners Ltd on behalf of Tinopolis Plc ("Tinopolis") for The Television Corporation Plc ("TV Corp") Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 20 March 2006, a further 470,516 New Tinopolis Shareswere allotted, subject to admission, to holders of TV Corp Shares who hadvalidly accepted the offer for TV Corp, in respect of valid acceptances receivedfrom 14 March, up to and including 17 March 2006. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these New TinopolisShares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 28 March 2006.
