Allotment of Shares

InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products today announces that it has allotted Jenepe Pty Limited (the "Allottee") 37,500 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The consideration provided by the Allottee for the Ordinary Shares is the release of a debt of £108,000 (which equates to £2.88 per share), such amount being the amount owed to the Allottee by the Company for the provision of legal services.

The Ordinary Shares will be admitted to CREST and application will be made for the admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and it is expected that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on or around 15 November 2017. The Ordinary Shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 14,356,633. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
