Tinopolis PLC22 February 2006 22 February 2006 Tinopolis PLC Offer by Winghaven Partners Ltd on behalf of Tinopolis Plc ("Tinopolis") for The Television Corporation Plc ("TV Corp") Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 21 February 2006, a further 38,026 New TinopolisShares were allotted, subject to admission, to holders of TV Corp Shares who hadvalidly accepted the offer for TV Corp, in respect of valid acceptances receivedfrom 14 February, up to and including 20 February 2006. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these New TinopolisShares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 23 February 2006.
