ALLOTMENT OF SCRIP DIVIDEND SHARES
The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP' or the 'Company') wish to confirm the following in respect of the scrip dividend:

The Company also wishes to advise that it intends to issue 2,991,220 further securities to the Investment Advisor, Amber Fund Management Limited, as part payment for the performance fee that related to the period 1 July 2009 - 31 December 2009. These shares will be issued at 114.2 pence per share, being the closing price of the shares as at 30 April 2010 and are expected to be admitted to trading by the end of May 2010. Following the allotment, the Investment Advisor will hold 0.7% of the issued share capital. The total number of shares on issue will be 457,418,171.
