Allotment of Scrip Dividend

Sirius Real Estate is pleased to confirm the allotment and issue of 1,575,641 ordinary shares to shareholders who elected to receive ordinary shares under the Scrip Dividend Programme as an alternative for the final dividend for 2014, payable on 29 August 2014.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 522,075,395, the number of shares in treasury shall be 4,919,284 and the total number of ordinary shares in issue (including those in treasury) will be 526,994,679.

Application has been made today for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares will take place at 8:00 a.m. on 29 August 2014.
