Range Resources Ltd ("Range") is pleased to confirm the settlement and allotment of a further 58,759,142 Range shares out of the previously announced A$10m placement at A$0.07 (and GBP0.04). A total of 138,853,392 placement shares have now been allotted. The remaining 4,003,751 placement shares are expected to be allotted shortly.
