Grant of share options
The remuneration committee of Augean, a major player in the UK hazardous waste management market, allotted share options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 December 2009 to certain executive directors and senior managers under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and the Company's Share Option Scheme.
