Charles Taylor Consulting plc Allotment of shares Allotment of new sharesUnder the terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the vendors of LCLand the company (approved by the Members at their Extraordinary General Meetingheld on 28 November 2005) the vendors of the LCL group are now entitled toreceive payment for the balance of the adjusted net assets of LCL Services atcompletion, the value of which has been agreed.
