ALLOTMENT OF NEW SHARES
The Board is delighted to announce the allotment and issue of 332,486 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("New Shares").
The New Shares were allotted at a price of 80p per New Share.
The Company's total issued share capital now comprises 10,986,334 shares of 10 pence each ("Shares")
Certain of the directors have subscribed for Shares.
