ALLOTMENT OF NEW SHARES
The Board is delighted to announce the allotment and issue of 138,691 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("New Shares").
The New Shares were allotted at a price of 41p per New Share.
The Company's total issued share capital now comprises 6,773,273 shares of 10 pence each ("Shares")
Certain of the directors have subscribed for Shares.
