ALLOTMENT OF NEW SHARES
The Board is delighted to announce the allotment and issue of 273,049 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("New Shares").
The New Shares were allotted at a price of 90p per New Share.
The Company's total issued share capital now comprises 6,345,446 shares of 10 pence each ("Shares")
Certain of the directors have subscribed for Shares.
