("SnackTime" or the "Company")
Allotment of First and Second Placing Shares
Further to its announcements released on 27 November 2009 and 21 December 2009, SnackTime is pleased to announce that 588,000 new ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company have been allotted and were admitted to trading on AIM earlier today, 22 December 2009 (the "First Placing Shares").
In addition, SnackTime announces that 2,826,800 new ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company have been allotted and are due to be admitted to trading on AIM tomorrow, 23 December 2009 (the "Second Placing Shares"), following which the Company will have in issue 10,901,159 Ordinary Shares of 2p each.
