AIR PARTNER STRENGTHENS ITS BOARD

Air Partner plc is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Grahame Chilton as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Grahame "Chily" Chilton has had a successful business career of more than 30 years. Grahame was part of the management team that led the management buyout of Benfield, a reinsurance broker, in 1988 and became Chief Executive Officer of Benfield Group in 1996. He oversaw Benfield's significant expansion through a combination of organic growth and strategic transactions that ultimately led to an IPO in 2003 and FTSE 250 status. The Benfield Group was acquired by Aon in August 2008 at which point Grahame became Vice Chairman of Aon Corporation, a global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human resources solutions and outsourcing services listed on the New York Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of approximately $20 billion. Following his retirement from Aon's Executive committee in February 2012, Grahame assumed the role of Non Executive Chairman of Aon Holdings Limited, a position he continues to hold.
