Air Partner appoints Colin Jowers as Global Director of Business Technology

Air Partner is pleased to announce that it has appointed Colin Jowers as Global Director of Business Technology. Based in the UK, Colin will be responsible for placing technology at the heart of Air Partner's offer, enabling the Group to better understand its customers and put their needs first. Colin's immediate focus at Air Partner will be driving the roll-out of Air Partner's new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Until recently, Colin was global Chief Operating Officer of Royal Bank of Scotland's Global Banking and Markets Research and Strategy division. Prior to RBS, he served as COO of Dresdner Kleinwort's Capital Markets Research business. He has also been involved in numerous financial service industry initiatives and advised firms on maximising technology and operational efficiencies. Colin is a highly experienced professional with a 20 year track record of helping firms maximise operational efficiencies, using technology to drive deeper and more rounded customer relationships.
