Air Marshal Greg Bagwell appointed as Strategic Advisor

Wimborne, Dorset: Cobham plc announces today the appointment of Air Marshal Greg Bagwell CB CBE, as Strategic Advisor, reporting to David Lockwood, Chief Executive Officer, Cobham plc.

Bagwell, who takes up his role with immediate effect, served with great distinction for 36 years in the Royal Air Force, initially as a fast jet combat pilot, and then in a number of increasingly senior command and staff roles in both the air and joint environments. He retired in 2016 as the RAF's Deputy Commander and head of world-wide air operations. He has been at the heart of UK operations, defence policy and joint warfare development for the last decade, and has worked closely with many international Air and Defence Forces and industry partners.
