AIM Rule 26 Website update

Taihua is in the process of creating a new AIM Rule 26 website. The Company anticipates Chinese regulatory approval for the website and launch date of Monday 16 January 2017.

In the meantime, due to technical difficulties with the original host of Taihua's website and legal restrictions of using a temporary website, the Company has been unable to provide an intermediate solution.

Accordingly, the Company does not anticipate having an AIM Rule 26 compliant website until Monday 16 January 2017.
