Ernst Kastner resigned as a non-executive director of Steven Louis & Company Limited on 7 March 2013. A liquidator was voluntarily appointed by the members on 14 November 2013. The creditors voluntary liquidation was completed on 24 March 2017, and the company was dissolved on 5 July 2017.
