Napster (AIM: NAPS), a leading music company, today announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Steven Hancock, Chief Relationship Officer of the Company was a director of The Zest Hospitality Group Limited at the time it entered into a creditors' voluntary liquidation in 2013 and was subsequently dissolved. After liquidator's expenses, creditors received nil.
