AIM Rule 17 Notice

ADVFN announces pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules") the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:Robert Emmet, non-executive Director of ADVFN, entered into an individual voluntary arrangement with his creditors under Part VIII of the Insolvency Act 1896, on 22 February 2010.
