SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"; AIM SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, makes the following announcement pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) and AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The Company has been informed by David Coghlan, independent non-executive director of the Company, of the following changes to his director details in respect of a previous directorship: -

Mr Coghlan was appointed a director of Bentley Trustees Limited, previously Bentley Group Limited, on 15 July 1996. On 30 July 1996 an initial meeting of creditors was called resulting in the company completing a Company Voluntary Arrangement on 17 March 1997.
