AIM Disciplinary Committee Decision
Regal, the AIM-listed (RPT) oil and gas exploration and production group, notes today's announcement by the AIM Disciplinary Committee of its decision in respect of breaches of the AIM Rules for Companies during the period 27 June 2003 and 19 May 2005.
The Board of Regal, while disappointed at the outcome, is nonetheless pleased to finally divorce the Company from this historic episode.
At no point has it been suggested that any of the current management team have conducted their responsibilities in anything other than a proper and professional manner.
Regal, which is at an exciting stage in the development of its assets, can now focus its resources entirely on implementing the Ukraine Development Plan and realising its potential.
