SatCom Group Holdings plc11 June 2007 Press Release 11 June 2007 SATCOM GROUP HOLDINGS PLC ("Satcom" or "the Company") SatCom appointed as global Distribution Partner for Inmarsat's new satellite phone services SatCom Group Holdings plc (AIM: SGH), a reseller of mobile satellitecommunications, announces that it has been awarded full Distribution Partner ("DP") status for Inmarsat's forthcoming satellite phone services. SatCom is one of the first companies to be awarded full DP status for these services.Inmarsat's voice services will initially be focussed on the African, MiddleEastern and Asian Markets, with network coverage set to increase to cover theglobe by the end of 2008. Satcom currently sells significant volume of voice services through Iridium andThuraya. Inmarsat's entry into the hand-held voice market follows itscollaboration agreement with ACeS, the Asian hand-held satellite servicesoperator.
