Savills PLC21 December 2006 Savills / Trammell Crow Strategic Alliance Agreement Termination Following the announcement yesterday that CBRE has completed the acquisition ofTrammell Crow Company (TCC), the Strategic Alliance Agreement between TCC andSavills has been terminated. CBRE have stated an intention to sell the TCC 19.2%shareholding in Savills. The two TCC nominated Directors on the Savills Board, William Concannon andDerek McClain, have resigned with immediate effect. TCC retain a right tonominate one Non-Executive Director whilst they hold over 7.5% of the issuedshare capital of Savills.
