Signs Cloud-Based Digital Store Platform with Carhartt
OneView (AIM: ONEV), one of the retail industry's leading digital transformation software providers for in-store customer service is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to provide its cloud based digital store platform to Carhartt, Inc. ("Carhartt"), a global premium workwear brand with more than 5,000 associates worldwide and headquartered in Michigan, US. The agreement is for a five year term, adding further to the Company's growing recurring revenue base and includes services revenue to support the implementation period.
OneView's cloud based platform will enable Carhartt to deliver a seamless cross-channel offering to its customers, creating a personalized experience that meets a broad range of needs. Carhartt's current retail enterprise includes 30 company stores in the U.S. and www.carhartt.com.
Under the agreement OneView will also provide Carhartt store associates with valuable customer information, enabling them to fully engage customers and foster greater loyalty. The platform can integrate with OneView's partner network for expanded connectivity to a broad range of applications, including IBM Commerce, which will extend the omnichannel experience into the Carhartt stores. Furthermore, it will allow Carhartt to take advantage of new, advanced technologies that improve both store operations and supply-chain effectiveness.
OneView's cloud-based Digital Store Platform is a single, unified platform that breaks down siloes and enables retailers to share all valuable commerce data across the retail enterprise. Lightweight, full mobile deployment of the platform extends point of sale and unified commerce capabilities to virtually anywhere.
