AGM Webcast joining instructions

As set out in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, shareholders are invited to join the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') on 28 March 2022, virtually by joining a webcast of the meeting. Instructions on how to join the webcast can be found in the AGM section of the Company's website www.juupiteram.com/JEFI. Access to the webcast will be available from 30 minutes before the start of the event. Questions may be submitted once the meeting is declared open at 3:00 p.m.
